Cancellation Right

Cancellation Right

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Nain Trading GmbH, Brook 7, 20457 Hamburg, Germany, [email protected], Tel: +44 20 7664 4565) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired. We will cover the return shipping costs if you use the return label provided by us. If you do not use the return label provided by Nain Trading GmbH, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These will not be refunded.

Returned goods must be intact, unused, undamaged, and properly packaged. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. See the section “Conditions for returns and refunds” below.

Special Notes:

If you have financed this contract through a loan and you cancel it later, you are also no longer bound to the loan agreement, provided that both agreements constitute a financial unit. This is especially true if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation for financing. If the loan has already been paid out when the cancellation becomes effective, your lender will assume our rights and obligations related to the cancelled contract. This does not apply if the contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, currencies, derivatives). If you want to avoid being contractually bound, exercise your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan agreement, if you are entitled to do so.

31 days right of return

For all rugs purchased from Nain Trading, we offer a voluntary right of return in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal. The period for exercising the voluntary right of return begins at the end of the statutory withdrawal period and ends 31 days after receipt of the goods. Sending the goods in time is sufficient to meet the deadline.

To exercise the voluntary right of return, the goods must be returned in their original condition, intact and undamaged, in the original or equivalent packaging. If you would like to use our return service, please contact our customer service by email ([email protected]) or phone. You will then receive return instructions and your return label via email. If you are unable to print the label, we can alternatively send the documents to you by post.

Please note: The 31-day return option does not apply to custom-made items or purchased gift vouchers.

Returns using our return service are free of charge. Parcels sent freight collect will not be accepted. If you return goods independently (e.g. via post), we will not cover the shipping costs.

Refunds will always be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase — for example, to your credit card or bank account.

This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal, which remains fully valid and independent. Until the end of the statutory withdrawal period, only the legal terms apply. The voluntarily granted return policy also does not limit your statutory warranty rights, which remain unaffected.
